1. Introduction:
Welcome to kClub, a booking agency specialising in organising hen party packages in Manchester. By booking through our website (www.wearekclub.com), you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
2. Booking Process:
Once a booking is confirmed, the customer will receive a booking form with details of the package booked.
Booking Requirements: All bookings must be made by individuals over the age of 18.
Deposits and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of the total package price is required to secure your booking. The full balance must be paid before the event date.
3. Services Provided:
We organise and book hen party packages including, but not limited to, accommodation, activities, and decor bookings in Manchester.
Accommodation & Activities: Services are subject to availability and are provided by third-party suppliers. While we endeavour to ensure all services are of the highest quality, we are not liable for issues caused by third-party providers.
4. Accommodation:
Booking on Your Behalf: As your booking agent, we will facilitate the process of reserving the apartment, liaise with the property owner or management, and ensure your booking details are correct. However, we are not the property owner and do not provide the accommodation directly.
Limited Responsibility: We are responsible for the booking process, including confirming your reservation and relaying the apartment’s policies. We are not responsible for the condition of the apartment, the actions of the property owner or manager, or issues that arise during your stay, including maintenance or service complaints.
Damage to Property: You are responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay. If damage occurs, you may be charged for repairs or replacement costs. A security deposit may be required by the property owner, which will be refunded after inspection at the end of your stay, provided no damage is found.
Lost or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal property. It is advised that you keep valuables secure during your stay.
5. Cancellations and Amendments:
Customer Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Refund policies apply as specified.
Amendments: If you need to make changes to your booking (e.g., number of guests, package alterations), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we are unable to fulfil it for any reason. In this case, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date or package.
6. Pricing and Payment:
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary depending on the season, availability, and package requirements.
A booking will only be confirmed once we have received the required deposit and payment.
7. Liability and Responsibility:
Third-Party Providers: While we work closely with our third-party suppliers, we are not responsible for any issues or cancellations arising from their services. Any disputes or complaints should be directed to the supplier in question.
Personal Injury or Loss: We do not accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the event or from activities booked as part of your hen party package. Participants are responsible for their own safety.
8. Force Majeure:
We are not liable for any delays or failure to perform our obligations if caused by events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Conduct:
You and your guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during your hen party. Any disruptive or illegal behaviour may result in cancellation of services without a refund.
10. Data Protection:
We take the privacy of your personal information seriously. We collect your name and address solely for the purpose of processing your enquiry and providing you with the requested services. Your personal data will be stored securely and used to respond to your enquiries and provide relevant information.
11. Intellectual Property:
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of kClub and is protected by copyright law. You may not use any of this content without our prior written consent.
12. Care and Use of Décor:
Any bookings that require decor, guests agree to use the decor responsibly and ensure it is treated with care and respect throughout the event.
Proper Use: The decor must not be used for any purposes other than those intended. For example, items such as backdrops or furniture should not be climbed on or used inappropriately.
Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the decor during the rental period.
13. Damaged or Missing Items:
Notification: Guests must notify kClub immediately of any damage or missing items upon collection of the decor.
Charges: If items are returned damaged or missing, the client will be invoiced for the replacement or repair costs, which must be paid within 7 days. kClub reserves the right to assess damage costs and apply a charge based on the extent of the damage.
14. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mediatian before seeking legal action.
15. Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
